Shanda Harris is a Procurement Specialist who covers the Columbus and surrounding metropolitan county areas by providing technical assistance to small businesses that want to participate in federal, state, and local government procurement arenas.  She has worked in the Greater Columbus business community for over 10 years and has a B.S. degree from Tennessee State University.
