Thanks to the Ohio Appalachian Economic Advancement Program (REAP) at the Voinovich School at Ohio University, Noble County is getting economic advice and assistance from a national expert on economic development. Jeff Finkle, an ANEP Fellow with the Voinovich School and president of the International Economic Development Council, spoke with the Noble County Community Improvement Corporation on February 10, 2011 about marketing and organizational strategies.

The meeting was part of a REAP project in Noble County that Master’s of Business Administration and Master’s of Public Administration students in the Voinovich School are working on to bring industry-targeted economic growth strategies that will help sustain current jobs and lead to the creation of future ones in Noble County.
