Norman J.W. Goda received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991. He teaches courses on Nazi Germany, the Jewish Holocaust, the history of Antisemitism, the Origins of World War II, the Cold War, and the History of War Crimes Trials. He served from 2000-2007 as a Congressional consultant for US government declassification effort under the Nazi War Crimes Disclosure Act of 1998. He has appeared in and served as a consultant for various television documentaries and films.
