I'm excited to let you know that I'm the morning news anchor for WOWK-TV, the CBS affiliate in Huntington, West Virginia. Although we are a West Virginia company, our broadcast signal allows us to be seen in the Athens community and surrounding areas.
Before moving to Huntington, I worked as the 5, 6 and 11 o'clock evening anchor at WVNS-TV in Beckley, West Virginia. There I helped to build the news department from the ground-up, and WVNS quickly became the fastest growing CBS station in the nation. My broadcast experience also includes work as an anchor/reporter for KLBK/KAMC-TV in Lubbock, Texas.
My experience with the Global Leadership Center has been a driving force in my career. Every day I put to work problem solving skills and people skills I learned during my time with the GLC.
