LPN-to-RN Transitional Degree

About the Program

The Associate Degree Nursing Programs at Ohio University Southern, Zanesville, and Chillicothe enjoy a reputation for graduating well prepared, high quality nurses. The Associate Degree Nursing Program is approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing, The North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, and The Ohio Board of Regents and is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). Upon completion of the associate degree, the graduate is prepared to take the National Council Licensure Examination which leads to licensure as a Registered Nurse. Graduates of the associate degree program may choose to enter the RN to BSN program for two additional years of advanced nursing education. The Ohio University RN to BSN Degree Program is offered online.
