The Center for Advanced Materials Processing (CAMP) specializes in materials research with special emphasis on processing and manufacturing methods. Projects in the center span the design and development of metals and polymers for automotive, aerospace and pollution control devices.

CAMP is affiliated with the Russ College Department of Mechanical Engineering. The center draws upon the expertise of Russ College faculty and graduate students, as well as from other colleges within Ohio University. These interdisciplinary activities are also supported externally by industry and government agencies with similar interests.
