Jay Clark is responsible for airborne data collection equipment and the maintenance of the center's flying laboratories. He is an airframe and powerplant (A&P) rated mechanic with inspection authorization (IA) and is responsible for the installation, calibration, and checkout of the numerous electronic systems on board the aircraft.
