T.E.A.L. (Together We Empower And Liberate)

Survivor Support Group

Wednesday's at 3:30pm p.m. during the Spring 2026 semester. Support group starts on February 11th, 2026.

T.E.A.L (Together We Empower & Liberate) is a survivor support group open to Ohio University student survivors of sexual assault/harassment, dating/domestic violence, and stalking. Our focus is to build support & connection amongst our student survivors. T.E.A.L will meet in-person on Tuesday's at 12:00pm. Virtual accommodations are available for regional campus students. All questions or interest can be directed to Taylor at ebertt@ohio.edu.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Group

Trauma-Focused Therapy Group

Mondays at 3:30 p.m. during the Spring 2026 semester. CPT group starts on February 2nd, 2026 . 

SAP is excited to begin a new group this semester! This group is open to Ohio University student survivors of sexual assault/harassment, dating/domestic violence, and stalking.

Cognitive processing therapy (CPT) is a specific type of cognitive behavioral therapy effective in reducing symptoms of PTSD and helping individuals process the impact of trauma. This group will be held in person. Participants must be prescreened for eligibility. All questions or interest can be directed to Taylor at ebertt@ohio.edu. Take Back the Night 

Take Back the Night (TBTN) is an international non-profit movement and event series dedicated to ending sexual, relationship, and domestic violence in all forms. Through marches, rallies, and survivor vigils, it empowers survivors and fosters community solidarity to break the silence surrounding sexual violence.

Take Back the Night will be held in the Baker Ballroom on April 2nd, 2026 from 6:30pm-8:00pm. 

Come collect resources, hear survivor speakers, and participate in a powerful march around campus.
