From staff reports
Ohio University Human Resources is interested in expanding the type of training made available to administrative staff. The goal is to make more training available to more people to cover more job-specific and personal growth topics which can be taken as desired, without a set schedule.
As a first step, Human Resources is interested in learning what type of training people are seeking, how they want the training presented and to solicit feedback from the administrative staff about the best way to enhance training opportunities available to them.
This survey contains 22 questions and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. It is completely anonymous, and participation is also completely voluntary. However, the more responses Human Resources receives from the survey, the more accurate future courseware development will be.
The survey, available until June 3, can be reached by clicking here.
