Prerequisites for MS in Industrial Systems Engineering

Students are required to satisfy prerequisites for courses taken for graduate credit. Prerequisites may be satisfied by:

  1. Credit for an equivalent course, or
  2. Passing the Ohio University course with a grade of C or better.
Students whose bachelor's degree is in an area of engineering other than industrial engineering are required to take ISE 5200 Engineering Statistics. No graduate credit is earned by taking ISE 5200. Additional prerequisites may be required depending on your background or the graduate courses you wish to take.

A student with a non-engineering BS degree may be required to take additional prerequisite courses to acquire the necessary mathematics, physics, and engineering science background.
