Biomedical Engineering Society The Biomedical Engineering Society is the flagship organization for biomedical engineering. It holds an annual meeting where academic and industrial leaders convene to discuss the latest developments in the field. Students are encouraged to work with their advisors to attend the national meeting. The organization’s next two fall meetings will be held Oct. 7-10, 2009, in Pittsburgh and Oct. 6-9, 2010, in Austin, Texas. |
