Nature publishes chemical engineering alum's article

July 5, 2012 Athens, OH - Chemical engineering graduate alum Prithu Sundd is the lead author of "'Slings' enable neutrophil rolling at high shear," an article published July 1 in the online version of the journal Nature. The article will appear in print in late July or early August. 

Sundd, an instructor in the Division of Inflammation Biology at the La Jolla (Calif.) Institute for Allergy and Immunology, performed the experiments and image analysis that were part of the project. Sundd earned his Ohio University Ph.D. in chemical engineering in 2008.
