A system administrator at Ohio University must grant faculty, staff, and students access to REDCap.

Ohio University guests

"Guests" are individuals with no formal affiliation to Ohio University who require access to REDCap projects (e.g., a collaborator at another institution working on a research project with OU faculty). Guest accounts are provided through the Ohio University Office of Information Technology (OIT).

To apply for guest access to REDCap, please complete the brief survey below. This survey does collect personal information such as date and place of birth, which is required by OIT. This information is required in the same way that personal information is required when becoming a university employee. By requesting a guest account, you are becoming affiliated with Ohio University. As such, OIT is required to have your personal information on file.
