Upcoming Form Demonstrations

The OHIO Business Service Center will provide a demonstration of its forms to allow faculty and staff an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the features of the forms and to ask questions. Please click the link to register for the demonstration you would like to attend.

Form Enhancements

The OHIO Business Service Center has been working with our colleagues in OIT and Central Finance to enhance our intake forms for purchase and travel requests in My Bobcat Business. We are happy to let you know that beginning on Monday, December 11, our forms will have an updated user experience. Please note the timeline for the form updates below:

Some of the key feature enhancements in the newly formatted forms include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Improved layout/user experience 
  • Auto-calculation of estimated totals 
  • Option to select account numbers (cost centers), tailored to the requestor, from a drop-down menu 
  • Option to validate a manually entered account number 
  • Option to attach up to 10 documents of up to 4 MB each upon request submission

BSC App

The BSC app was developed to assist in managing account numbers (cost centers) and associated short names. In the OHIO BSC online forms, if an account number is not available to you in the drop-down menu on the Accounts Info screen and you wish to have it added, please make note of that in the Notes/Comments field or email BSCPurchasing@ohio.edu.
