Survey results for 2016 Homecoming theme, logo competition now open

This fall, Homecoming will celebrate Ohio University for the home it has been for many generations of Bobcats. Over 2,200 online votes were collected from alumni, faculty, staff and students to decide this year’s theme, “All Roads Lead Home.”

“Each Bobcat has a journey of their own, but the one thing we all share is our connection to OHIO,” said Dawn Werry, senior director of the alumni association. “We’re excited to celebrate both this fall at Homecoming, and this theme will help us do that.”

Students, faculty, staff and alumni are invited to submit their original designs for the event logo that will be used throughout Homecoming week as a symbol to bring Bobcats together. The graphic must include the phrase, “All Roads Lead Home.”

Submissions must be delivered to heilmeie@ohio.edu or the Konneker Alumni Center in the form of a full-color 300 dpi .ai, .pdf or .jpeg file by Feb. 18 to be considered. An OHIO gift worth $100 will be awarded for the best design.

Come home to Athens for Homecoming 2016 and share stories from your journey to and from OHIO with fellow alumni, faculty, staff and current students.
