Ecohouse Overview

The OHIO Ecohouse is a furnished, off-campus living experience for OHIO students. The floor plans below offer information regarding the size and orientation of the house.

The basement (below) is unfinished and houses the washer/dryer, wood pellet furnace, hot water heater, and the solar PV inverter.

The first floor (below) makes up the bulk of the shared spaces within the house. This floor comes furnished with a couch, chair and coffee table in the common living space; a dining room table and various dining supplies in the dining area; a microwave, oven and kitchen supplies in the kitchen; and queen sized beds, dressers and closets in each of the two bedrooms.

The second floor (below) comprises the third bedroom space, which is equipped with a twin sized bed, walk-in closet, dresser and coffee table. The "Crawl Space" noted on this floor plan is mechanical space that is not suitable for occupancy.
