Membership Statistics
There are over 1,800 students involved in 33 social Greek-letter organizations here on campus. The Greek community comprises 11% of the undergraduate student population. The average chapter size for fraternities is 43 and 83 for sororities.
Academic Statistics
Academics are strong for the Greek community. The all-Greek average for Spring 2009 is 3.005 and the all-University average is 2.985. The all-sorority average for Spring 2009 is 3.120, and the all-fraternity average is 2.832, exceeding the all-male average of 2.828.
