Ohio University Lancaster | Pickerington students Elizabeth Skeen and William Howard have been selected as the February students of the month.
Elizabeth Skeen is a communications studies major and honor society member for Phi Theta Kappa and Lambda Pi Eta. She earned the Freshmen Excellence, Continuing Excellence and Scott Shepherd Scholarships and was named the outstanding sophomore for communication studies. Skeen also works part-time as a welcome desk and library assistant.
William Howard is a criminal justice major and president of the criminal justice honor society. He served as a member of the national society for leadership and success and was part of the research team for the Democratic National Convention. He also volunteers for Congressman Pat Tiberi’s campaign office.
Each month, Ohio University Lancaster | Pickerington selects an outstanding student for the honor. As students of the month, winners receive a $50 gift certificate, a sweatshirt and a certificate signed by Dr. Jim Smith, Dean of the University as well as the president of Fairfield Federal Savings and Loan. Fairfield Federal sponsors the program.
