Ohio University is recognizing the academic achievements of its students by publishing the 2012 fall semester graduate and dean’s lists on a new website, the Student Lists Graduate/Dean’s List Search System.
Located at http://www.ohio.edu/ucm/media/achievements/index.cfm, the new website features a search system that allows specific lists to be pulled based on season, term, campus, zip code and achievement. Lists can also be exported to a searchable Excel file.
Detailed instructions on how to use the new search system are available on the website.
The search system draws from information that is self reported to OHIO’s registrar's office, and students who chose to be excluded are omitted from the lists.
The lists represent those who finished degrees or met the criteria to be named to the dean’s list at the end of a given semester.
To be named to the dean's list, a student must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the semester through a schedule of classes totaling at least 15 hours, 12 of which were taken for letter grades.
