OIT staff moves to Exchange Calendar on May 1, 2010
Instructions available for Oracle Calendar users who need to schedule with OIT employees

On May 1, 2010, the Office of Information Technology will migrate its employees from Oracle Calendar to Exchange Calendar.  Once this migration is complete, OIT employees' schedules will no longer be accessible in Oracle Calendar.  

To schedule a new meeting or to modify an existing meeting with an OIT employee after May 1, please follow the instructions on the Exchange Support Website.

This move is the next step in OIT's preparation for making Exchange e-mail and calendaring available to all faculty, staff and graduate students.  Once internal testing of the calendar migration process is finished, OIT will expand the pilot to include University Libraries staff.  Full scale migrations are expected to begin in July 2010.
