Dr. Annie Olcott is an Assistant Professor of Instruction & the Physical Activity and Wellness (PAW) program coordinator for Recreation, Sport Pedagogy and Consumer Sciences in the Gladys W. and David H. Patton College of Education. She earned her Ed.D. in Kinesiology and a Masters of Science in Physical Education from West Virginia University. She completed a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education at Appalachian State University, with minors in Exercise Science and Dance. Prior to Ohio University, Dr. Machamer worked in K-12 public education in the state of West Virginia teaching Physical Education, Health & Dance.
