Search committee holds candidate presentations


The search committee for the assistant director for employee accommodation and campus accessibility invites the Ohio University community to attend the presentations by the candidates interviewing for the position.

The selected candidates are:

Hanna Jadwisienczak
Jadwisienczak is presently employed as a vocational rehabilitation counselor for the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission. She has a Ph.D. in philosophy and a master of education degree from Ohio University.

Darrell Purdy
Purdy worked as director of residential education and services at Bethany College and presently is the founder and president of LifeDream International Foundation, "a not-for-profit organization purposed to serve those in the craniofacial community."  He has a master of education degree from Azusa Pacific University.

Phillip White
White is presently employed as an accessible technology and learning center coordinator at Cal State University Los Angeles.  He has a masters of art degree from Emerson College.

Each candidate will give a presentation that responds to the question, "What makes a campus an accessible workplace?"  A question and answer period will follow each presentation.
