Ryan Lombardi to appear on WATH radio Thursday morning

Dean of Students Ryan Lombardi will appear on WATH 970 AM’s “Party Line” show at 9 a.m. on Thursday.

“These are usually just talk shows where they explore various current topics that are impacting the University and the community,” Lombardi said. “I will probably talk about a great fall opening, Parents Weekend, Homecoming this weekend and general student/community relations.”

Party Line is hosted by Dave Palmer and co-hosted by Ray Wagner. According to the WATH website, it is one of the longest-running radio call-in shows in southeast Ohio.

The prospect of listeners calling in to ask him questions or sharing their comments does not worry Lombardi. He has done this before.

“I was on last year,” he said. “It is just another good way to reach students and the community.”

For those unable to catch Lombardi’s appearance, it will be available as a downloadable podcast on the Party Line’s website*.
