Crime alert issued for sexual imposition


On Nov. 10, a female student reported to the Ohio University Police Department (OUPD) that on Saturday, Nov. 6, she and a female friend were accosted by three men.

The incident occurred on College Green between Ellis and Wilson halls at 1 a.m.

The student reported that she and her friend were walking southbound on College Green when three white males approached from behind them. She said one of the men walked up and put his arms around the two women and grabbed their breasts. The women told him to stop, at which point he stepped back and joined his companions. The men continued following the women to South Green, where the suspects were last seen walking toward the Cady and Brough residence halls complex.  

The suspect is described as a white male, college-age, approximately 6 feet tall, with dark hair, wearing a hooded sweatshirt. The suspect was accompanied by two other college-age white males, also wearing hooded sweatshirts.
