Please complete the attached form and return it via e-mail by Tuesday, May 25.
Volunteers should contact Event Services at 740-593-4020 regarding any changes in their availability in order to minimize potential payroll complications.
"Due to the time frame that Commencement falls in relation to the end of the fiscal year, we will be approving the stipends the week prior to Commencement," said Sujit Chemburkar, executive director of event services and co-chair of the Commencement Committee.
Volunteers will receive a confirmation e-mail with their Commencement assignment and will be asked to attend the Commencement orientation meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 10.
