To submit a Letter of Inquiry, use the webform found under Apply for Gift. Letters of Inquiry are only reviewed if submitted prior to the January 10 deadline. Proposals are only accepted by invitation through our Secure Proposal Submission. Passwords are provided to those projects invited to submit proposals and will be sent out after January 31. The Secure Proposal Submission is not available after midnight on the May 31 deadline.
