OHIO Executive Staff Policy approves freedom of expression policy

The Ohio University Executive Staff Policy Committee (ESPC) approved Policy 01.041: Campus Freedom of Expression at its November meeting. This policy, which provides new details on the filing and processing of complaints, is to ensure compliance with statute OCR § 3345.0215.  

Policy 01.041: Campus Freedom of Expression was originally presented to the ESPC on July 21, 2022, when it was approved for interim use. On Nov. 17, 2023, ESPC gave final approval of the policy.
