Narrative

On October 15, 2026, at approximately 10:35 a.m., the Office of Civil Rights Compliance received a report of a sexual assault.  

A female Ohio University student reported that while walking home at approximately 1:00 a.m. on September 25, 2026, she believed someone was following her.  The female reported that once she arrived back at her apartment in Riverpark, a male followed her into her apartment and sexually assaulted her.
