Research Computing

The Research Computing Service supports Principal Investigators and their data. By offering centralized administration of high-performance, custom computing environments that have regulatory and contractual requirements, researchers can spend more time focusing on research while the Office of Information Technology provides the standardization and support.

  • Research Computing Environment - The Research Computing Environment (RCE) provides a NIST 800-171: Protecting Controlled Unclassified Information in Nonfederal Systems and Organizations compliant computing environment to OHIO researchers that are working with Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
  • Supercomputing - Use of the OHIO Supercomputer Center services for OHIO faculty and researchers.
