Annual dues for FHCA shall be determined each academic year by the Executive Board. The dues shall be paid to the local chapter.

Preside over all regular and special meetings of the chapter. Appoints members to all ad hoc committees. Insures all assignments are completed properly and on time. Delegates duties and responsibilities to members as appropriate for accomplishment of Chapter objectives.

Assumes all duties of the President in case of absence. Completes other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

Manage and coordinate all chapter correspondence. Maintain current roster on all members. Keep record of all meetings and prepare minutes for distribution to members. Complete other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

Manage all Chapter money. Maintain Chapter checking account. Periodically update Executive Board on financial status of FHCA Chapter. Insure that disbursements receive proper signature of FHCA Faculty Advisor. Complete other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

Design and distribute any and all public relations material. Responsible for making sure all members are informed of meeting times and places. Complete other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

Plans community service events for FHCA to participate in each quarter. Complete other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

Oversees all communication and information regarding ACHE Congress. Complete other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the President.

The advisor shall be chosen by the Director of the School of Health Sciences allowing for prior consultation with the Executive Board. The FHCA Advisor shall be an active member of ACHE.

Should the advisor's position become vacant during the year, the Director of the School of Health Sciences, in consultation with the Executive Board, shall appoint another FHCA Advisor.

Amendments to the Bylaws of FHCA shall be proposed in writing and submitted to the Executive Board. Amendments shall be further discussed by the Executive Board and the Faculty Advisor. Following that discussion the proposed amendment will be voted on by all paid and present FHCA members and can only be passed by majority vote.
