Sport Management
Earn an education grounded in business skills and acumen with applied instruction and work in sport settings through our sport management major. Our Center for Sports Administration connects students to unique on- and off-campus opportunities.
VR and Game Development
In the VR & Game Development program, you'll learn to use the latest technology to create games and immersive digital experiences for entertainment, education and applications we haven’t even discovered yet.
Esports Certificate
The esports certificate blends knowledge from a number of different disciplines to get you ready to participate in management, technology and game design for esports.
Exercise Physiology
Students will conduct health assessments and fitness testing and write exercise prescriptions for a variety of human performance goals. Many exercise physiology graduates use their degrees to prepare for medical school, athletic training, physical therapy school and physician assistant programs.
Coaching Education Minor
Students with a coaching education minor will strengthen their skills and knowledge to be able to assist head coaches, become youth sport head coaches and increase their potential for admission to a graduate program in coaching education.
Sports Broadcasting
Majors in journalism, media arts and photojournalism are a great way to get close to the action as a reporter, photojournalist, or producer.
Entrepreneurship
Do you have an energetic spirit and new ideas related to the sports or gaming industries? Our entrepreneurship program ensures a variety of rich developmental experiences that include applied learning, case analysis and more.
Health and Physical Education
The health and physical education program engages candidates in a more inclusive generation of pedagogy by promoting lifelong physical activity and healthy lifestyles for all.
Sports Nutrition
If you're interested in overall wellness and helping others enhance their nutrition, the sports nutrition certificate can prepare you to give sound sports nutrition information to your clients.
Physical Activity and Sport Coaching
The physical activity and sport coaching major is great for students who aspire to pursue physical activity and sport coaching careers at various levels, such as youth recreation and sports camps, interscholastic coaching or intercollegiate coaching.
Recreation
The recreation management program is nationally accredited and will prepare Bobcats for programming, management and coordinator positions within the field of parks and recreation.
