  • In the "Document Information" of the Course Change form in Ocean 3.0, provide a list of ALL changes being made to the course and a brief reason for EACH change.
  • When creating a new dual-listed course, click on the dual list box at the top of the form and in the "Dual List Differences" field of the "Document Information" section describe the difference work in which graduate students will engage to be worthy of graduate credit. This should include both quantitative and qualitative differences.
