2017 Convocation Information
In honor of your graduation we invite you to attend our 2017 Convocation ceremony on Friday, April 28, at 7p.m. in Littick Hall on the Zanesville campus. We invite you and your guests to celebrate your achievement, along with others who graduated following this academic year.

Where and when can I pick up my cap and gown?
They will be available beginning Monday, April 24 at 10am in the Office of Student Services in Elson Hall.
When is the 2017 Spring Convocation?
The ceremony will take place on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 7 p.m.
Where will the 2017 Spring Convocation be held?
The ceremony will be held at Littick Hall on the Zanesville campus -- 1425 Newark Road, Zanesville.
Is there a limit to the number of guests I can bring?
No. However we do ask that you RSVP with the number of individuals planning to attend for planning purposes.
Where will parking be for the 2017 Spring Convocation?
The best place to park for the reception is the East parking lot by Elson Hall. There is also handicap accessible parking available just outside of Littick Hall.
Will there be a reception for students and guests?
Yes. We will be hosting the reception PRIOR to the Convocation ceremony this year. It will be in The Campus Center from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Will there be photos taken during the ceremony?
Yes, we will have a photographer taking photos during the ceremony. We invite you to bring your camera for informal photos, there will be several areas for photos to be taken.
If I already have a cap and gown, how do I get a tassel for my major?
You can purchase an individual piece (tassel) through https://commerce.cashnet.com/ohiocapgown, and click on “Student Individual Pieces.” Or, if you find you need to order the whole package you can do that as well. The deadline for orders is April 7, 2017.
Can I attend the Commencement Ceremony in Athens on April 29, 2017?
