2017 Graduation Recognition Night

In honor of your graduation we invite you to attend our Graduate Recognition Night on Thursday, December 14, at 6 p.m. in Elson Hall on the Zanesville campus. We invite you and your guests to celebrate your achievement, along with others who graduated following either summer or fall semester.

When is the Graduate Recognition Night?

The ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 6 p.m.

 

Where will the Graduate Recognition Night be held?

The ceremony will be held in Elson Hall on the Zanesville campus -- 1425 Newark Road, Zanesville.

 

Is there a limit to the number of guests I can bring?

No. However we do ask that you RSVP with the number of individuals planning to attend for planning purposes.

 

Where will parking be for the Graduate Recognition Night?

The best place to park for the reception is the East parking lot by Elson Hall. 

 

Will there be photos taken during the ceremony?

We invite you to bring your camera for informal photos, there will be several areas for photos to be taken. 

 

Can I attend the Commencement Ceremony in Athens on December 16, 2017?

Yes, if you indicated that you will be attending when you applied for graduation. For questions regarding the commencement ceremony visit the Ohio University Commencement page by clicking here.

 

Can I attend the Zanesville Campus Convocation ceremony in the spring? 

Yes, in addition to the reception on December 14, we encourage you to participate in our more formal Convocation ceremony on Friday, May 4, 2018. More information will be available on our website in February 2018. Plus, you will receive communication from our office.
