Facilities Management Services and Staff

Facilities Management is comprised of 17 bargaining unit employees, 2 administrators, 1 office employee, and multiple student workers that work together to offer our services.

Grounds -Groundskeepers II, Dallas Pulley and Don Wayne, and General Maintenance Worker, Jeff Lloyd, are responsible for landscaping, lawn care, parking lot maintenance, trash pickup, and snow removal.

Maintenance - Maintenance Repair Worker IV staff members, Gary Conley and Brian Johnson, and Building Maintenance Specialist, Rod Darner, perform electrical work, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC issues.

Custodial -Ten Custodial Workers provide custodial services to all seven buildings and do all furniture setups: Amy Buchanan, Lynn Creighton, Dennis Fitch, Kurtis Hall, Debra Hardy, Lowell Henderson, Tom Herbert, Kevin Howard, Josh Reynolds, and Hoss Smith. 

Delivery - Delivery Worker, Perry Smith, delivers all packages and mail to all areas on campus and manages the receiving area. 

Director of Operations - Joseph Keating oversees the department, supervises the office staff, grounds and maintenance workers.

Assistant Director of Operations - George Dmitrenak provides assistance to the Director. George supervises the custodial staff and therefore works from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Scheduling Coordinator - Kristin Roberts assists the director with daily operations, and coordinates the use of the OUZ/ZSC campus grounds and facilities for all non-academic events and activities.
