Graduate Student Programs

This page serves as a resource for programs designed with graduate students in mind; however, all of our programs are open for you to attend. We’d specifically recommend looking at our leadership trainings and to consider completing She Leads OHIO, or applying to serve as a mentor in our women’s mentoring program.

Women in Graduate School Day Conference

Join us for a series of workshops and discussions, including personal branding and networking, facing “’isms” in the workplace, budgeting in graduate school, careers after graduate school in academia and outside of academia. While the conference is open to everyone, it is most particularly suited for those currently in graduate school or those who are about to apply for graduate school. Registration is required.

Co-Curricular Guide to Women’s Center Programs

If you’re new at teaching, you may be looking for additional programming to assist in outside classroom learning opportunities for your students. In order to help faculty seamlessly incorporate our programs into their syllabus, we have prepared a co-curricular guide to bridge the gap between academic units and the Women's Center. This guide has detailed information about our events, areas of study each program would complement, projected learning outcomes, potential discussion questions, as well as recommended readings and in-class activities.
