The Personal Movement Plans program allows you to identify workout programs that can help you increase your activity while accommodating your busy schedule. Choose from our current plan types and you'll receive a PDF of a multi-week workout program.
With this program, you can easily bring your workout with you wherever you are! In approximately 20 minutes, you'll be enjoying a workout to challenge and motivate you to live life's adventures.
What's Included?
Multi-Week Movement Plan (PDF):
Each movement plan contains a multi-page PDF outlining the recommended movements to execute.
Movement Library:
The Bodyweight Plan links all movements to a Movement Library which includes images and written descriptions of how to perform each exercise.
Accountability Emails:
Upon registration, participants will begin receiving emails to motivate you to continue and celebrate your accomplishments.
Bodyweight Plan 1:
This 6-week bodyweight plan is designed for intermediate-advanced fitness levels. The PDF includes 14 unique workouts that are intended to be performed within a six week period.
Each movement is linked to an online Movement Library, to help inform the user of how to properly perform each movement.
Participants will receive periodical Accountability Emails from WellWorks to support your journey.

Walking to Running Plan:
This step-based program offers three 6-week movement recommendations in PDF format to help an individual transition from being a walker to a runner within 18-weeks.
