Join our registered dietitian, Selena Baker, for a cooking class series inspired by the bounty of fresh summer produce and the flavors of her recent travels abroad. During this demonstration, you'll enjoy a full lunch (or dinner), served course-by-course as Selena and her team of nutrition students share nutrition tips and demonstrate culinary techniques while preparing your meal. Includes recipe packet.
Cost: $20/class; or, $50 for all three. Please pre-register and pre-pay at least 48 hours in advance by calling the WellWorks front desk at: 740-593-2093. Please inform us of any food allergies when you register. We will do our best to accommodate allergies and restrictions (i.e. vegetarian); however, we cannot guarantee that all dishes will meet your dietary requirements.
