All pages created using the Web CMS are equipped with Google Analytics tracking. We will be happy to give you access to evaluate your analytics, but we are not equipped to offer insights or assistance with understanding your analytics -- basically we will give you the access you need, but you're on your own after that.
The training services provided through HR does offer some courses on this topic.
To request access, submit a request to us, listing an @gmail.com account in the "Brief Description" field. This account must be a "departmental" or generic account. We no longer allow users to use their personal accounts in the event multiple users wish to view the information or if the owner of the Google account leaves the University.
Be sure to include the name of the department and which sites you wish to view. We will audit all Google accounts with permission to our Analytics on an annual basis to check if access is still needed.
If you are creating an external site that is not within CommonSpot, and you wish to add our Google Analytics snippet for tracking purposes, please let us know and we'll pass it along to you.
