I have a new employee in my office who needs to be trained to update our website.
We have standing training times planned. You can see when those time are by reading the Training page. Notify us using the training request form of the access level the new employee needs to do their job, the training time that they would like to attend, their OHIO ID, and their full name in the form. If none of the standing times are convenient, please notify us of the desire to schedule an alternative time in the form.
I cannot access the subsite administration screen. My browser gives an error about redirecting improperly.
Instead of typing the URL directly into the address bar, use the CommonSpot menu to access the subsite admin screen.
On a page that you have access, you should see the pencil icon in the upper-right hand corner of the page. Click it to reveal a menu. Click the Subsite Administration option. If you do not see the Subsite Administration option, then you do not have the rights to access the Subsite Admin screen. If you believe this is in error, ask the site owner to submit a ticket to web services.
