Impact Ohio will host the Southeast Regional Conference on Thursday, Nov. 7, at the Ohio University Inn & Conference Center.

The conference, which will take place from 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., will offer a bipartisan opportunity to explore politics and policy important to Southeastern Ohio. The event will feature three public policy panels: Exploring Infrastructure Needs in Southeast Ohio, Economic Opportunity and Elevating the Regional Economy, and Creating a Culture of Health in Appalachian Ohio

Since 1984, Impact Ohio has educated the public through informational conferences on elections, their outcomes and various policies.

Following the event, participants are invited for a post-conference reception at 5 p.m. in the President’s Box at Peden Stadium. The reception offers an opportunity to network and get to know local community leaders and officials.
