Cindy Chapman administratively supports the Voinovich School by reviewing travel, purchasing-card transactions, Concur reporting and other fiscal functions. Cindy also reconciles monthly Oracle reports and selected Voinovich School accounts. She joined the Voinovich School in 2005 after eight years in the Ohio University Finance Division. Cindy holds a B.A. in International Studies, a Master's Degree in Art History, and an M.A. in Public Administration.
