Gregg Oakley is in charge of grants management, fiscal management, facilities and information technology for the Voinovich School. Gregg previously served as TechGROWTH Ohio's ESP Financial Coordinator. Before joining the Voinovich School, he worked with the Athens County Department of Job & Family Services, where he served as the deputy director. He received his J.D. from the Ohio State University College of Law and his B.A. in Business Administration from Wittenberg University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
