Pam Harvey

Pam Harvey is the assistant manager of financial services at the Voinovich School. Pam collaborates with principal investigators and granting agencies on managing the fiscal responsibility of cost share grants. Pam also assists with accounting of restricted, Ohio University Foundation, and operating expenditures and helps process Concur and BobcatBuy transactions.

Pam joined the Voinovich School in 2020 from the Ohio University Finance Division. She previously served as an administrator with nonprofit agencies in southeast Ohio and worked in Ohio state government. Pam holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in political science from Ohio University.
