Emily Mullins is a Master of Environmental Studies candidate. In 2019, Mullins received her undergraduate degree in geography from Ohio University. Her interests are in food justice and food waste, and her current research is focused on bioenergy and anaerobic digestion. Outside of the classroom, Mullins works at the Office of Sustainability as a graduate assistant for the Sustainable Living Hub, at Facilities Management and Safety as a student GIS technician, and as a facilitator for the OpenOHIO initiative. She loves to cook and volunteer at local animal shelters.
