Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs’ Executive Master of Public Administration (MPA) program is one of the best values of all the executive MPA programs in the country, according to Value Colleges Top 25 BestValue Executive MPA for 2019.

Built for maximum flexibility, Voinovich School’s Executive MPA program offers working professionals the ability to juggle busy careers and home lives while achieving their professional goals. Courses meet in a hybrid format, with in-person meetings just one Saturday per month, ten times per year, at Ohio University’s Dublin Campus and the remainder completed in online interactions.

“This ranking is a distinct accomplishment, given the program’s long history of educating public servants in the state through not only our executive MPA program in Central Ohio, but also our traditional on-campus MPA program and new online MPA,” Jason Jolley, Voinovich School professor and MPA program director, said. “We are honored at the ongoing opportunity to provide leaders in nonprofit, government, public service and industry with the skills they need to make a difference, at the best value for the individuals and their organization.”

This designation follows a banner year, with the Voinovich School’s new online MPA ranked one of the 2019 Best Online Colleges Offering MPA Programs by SR Education Group and the School elevated to the 68th top U.S. News and World Report Best Public Affairs Grad School for 2020.

“The Voinovich School is a best-in-class example of engaged scholarship. We help build leadership capacity in organizations by providing graduates the knowledge and skills they need
to address the most pressing challenges facing communities, the economy and the environment, while enhancing public value,” Mark Weinberg, Dean, Voinovich School, said.

Value Colleges ranked the programs according to average alumni salary, cost of tuition, niche student reviews, and their U.S. News and World Report Public Affairs ranking. Ohio University is noted as empowering students to make a difference with its long-standing tradition of excellent education.
