Websites and social media increasingly rely on video to engage users. All University websites can feature embedded video. In addition, many academic and administrative units have their own YouTube channels where they post videos related to their areas.

As with photography, it is important that you use the highest quality, most professional video images possible. Keep videos short; viewer engagement tends to drop rapidly after 30 seconds, so get to the point quickly, and wrap it up in less than two minutes for best results.
