The Bursar Office is responsible for billing and collections. Payments are made through My OHIO Student Center and payment plans can be selected through this office. Health insurance and other waivable fees can be found on the Bursar’s website.
Ohio University’s culinary services have been ranked as one of the most efficiently operated college dining services in the nation for 16 years in a row! You can choose from several different meal plan options including traditional and flex meal plans with either 14 or 20 weekly meals. Culinary Services has a variety employment options for students as well.
The Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships provides assistance with scholarships, loans, and financial aid. Information about financial aid requirements and disbursements are available on their website in addition to yearly tuition costs.

Campus Care provides health services to all Ohio University Students. Services include a Quick Care walk-in clinic, an appointment based family practice clinic, osteopathic manipulative treatment, x-ray services, a pharmacy, and physical therapy. Your Ohio ID card serves multiple purposes including a key to your residence hall, a meal pass to the dining hall, and a debit card for Bobcat Cash and flex points. Bobcat Cash is your University debit card that can be used to do your laundry, print in Alden library, buy a snack from the campus cafes, buy a meal at the dining court, and make purchases at the Bobcat Depot. Be sure to track your balance from the eAccount and don’t lose your card.
OUPD can be contacted for emergency and nonemergency situations and they run an emergency texting system to keep you informed about any situation taking place on campus. You can protect yourself from becoming a victim of crime by attending OUPD informational programs, protecting yourself from theft, and avoiding alcohol consumption.
The Ohio University Registrar’s Office provides a variety of services and information including class registration through My OHIO Student Center, a Course Offerings tool, the Academic Calendar, the Undergraduate Catalog, FERPA rights, enrollment verification, class permission slips, Veterans Educational Benefits, and personal email accounts. You can visit the Registrar’s Office on the first floor of Chubb Hall.
