Commuter Parking

Who is eligible for a commuter permit?

A commuter student is defined as a student who resides 1-mile or more from the nearest commuter parking lot on campus.  Students residing inside this 1-mile radius are not permitted to purchase commuter parking and should utilize available transportation opportunities.

Summer student commuter parking permits will not require students reside outside of the 1-mile radius from the nearest campus parking lot.

Commuter permits are not valid for overnight parking.

Students with GA or TA status who do not qualify for a commuter permit based on mileage requirements should contact the TPS to discuss other parking permit options that may be available to them.
