Yes, students are eligible to compete for judging in up to two Special Session Awards in addition to their regular session. This year, there will be fewer Special Sessions. Each participating department will hold its own poster sessions with judging prior to the Student Expo on April 8, 2025. These Special Session Awards will be presented during the Student Expo. Monetary awards may vary depending on the Special Session and will be awarded after the Student Expo.

Yes. This year Ohio University Culinary Services will have stations set up inside Walter Fieldhouse. They will be doing two meal sessions. The 1st session will be serving breakfast items. The 2nd session will be serving lunch items. The food items will be available to purchase using a debit/credit card only. No cash sales permitted.

Yes. Ohio University Alden Library have once again graciously donated funds to support this initiative. Short-sleeve t-shirts will be given to registered participants. Sizes will be determined during the registration process, and t-shirts will be handed out prior to the Expo date. Participants will receive communications via email and/or news releases regarding this date.
