Smoke and Tobacco-Free Task Force Committee
The Smoke and Tobacco-Free Task Force Committee is open to new members. If you would like to serve on the task force, please e-mail tobacco-free@ohio.edu. Our current Smoke and Tobacco-Free Task Force Committee is comprised of the following members:

History
Smoke and Tobacco-Free Task Force Committee
In September 2012, Ohio University President Roderick McDavis charged a task force to respond to Ohio Board of Regents Resolution in July 2012 that called for each campus to consider adopting a smoke and tobacco-free policy. The task force originally convened in November 2012 and was comprised of the following faculty, staff and students:

The 2014-15 Smoke and Tobacco-Free Task Force Committee, was comprised of the following members. The committee was charged with implementing and promoting the adopted initiative, including educating OHIO faculty, staff, students, and visitors.

Smoke and Tobacco-Free Implementation Task Force
A second committee, the Smoke and Tobacco-Free Implementation Task Force, was charged to determine an implementation plan for making OHIO smoke and tobacco-free. The task force met from October 22, 2013 through March 25, 2014 and was comprised of the following:
